The one I rely on is White Tiger's Preferred Liver Flush Tea.

It was pleasant, and easy-to-make, at first, but then, once, it worked like gangbusters!

My husband was ill with vertigo (for the second time in 35 years) and I was trying to make him small, good meals, in bed, because every small move made him falling-down dizzy and nauseous.

He hadn't moved for 13 hours when I laid down the law...I would call the ambulance if he didn't go pee. (He hadn't used the facilities I had prepared.)

I heard him slamming into walls, etc., on his way.

I called the ambulance, anyway, at the 21st hour, because I knew I couldn't manage him in the nighttime by myself. His daughter insisted.

Anyway, I had drunk the full four cups of White Tiger's Preferred...about my third or fourth batch, and, while I was doing dishes, I got liver area sharp pains.

Ow, aw, ee, oo...I was hopping around the kitchen. I soon learned that sitting relieved 'ouch'...and doing dishes brought it on...arm movements.

Five or six stones dropped out of my liver to some kind of a 'holding spot' near my gallbladder.

Google CureZone for "Eye of Tiger" in the Liver Flush Forum . See how good my memory is.

Plain Hulda Clark Liver Flushes moved most of the stones on out, I think, but I have one left that may be too big, or I should just go ahead and DO it WITH all the Epsom Salts and everything.

Or, down a few pots of Liver Flush Tea.

Anyway, that's one recipe that has no oil. I think it is best for flushing stones out of the liver, more than out of the gallbladder.

It made me hippety-hop but it wasn't memorably painful. Maybe I have an angel watching over me.

There is another 'oilless' recipe which uses egg yolks, I think...but egg yolks are oily, aren't they?

My best wishes, Gm7b5.
