i agree. i only take omega 3 fish oil capsules from Maxalife. i stopped taking other supplements because i don't want to overdo it. fish oil capsules is enough to help you out.i'm not sure if doctors can answer your questions for you. honestly, i'm not really particular with the balancing and that stuff. but Maxalife is helping me.
