Ease up on yourself.

You'll find that if you ease up on others, you will also, without immediately realizing it, ease up on yourself.

The rule of poetic justice (karma) is that.....

.............we do unto others as our conscience has already done unto us......

..........(your conscience judges you the same way you judge others).
