I had two false starts - at 24 hours the loaf of cheese bread on the counter said "eat me" and I did - in fact I made 14 slices of french toast and ate them all inside of 10 minutes.

I got scared. Real scared after that.

So - I'm on day 4 now - day 3 brought on the headaces and flu-like feelings. Much better today.

The cravings aren't an issue now - day 1 and 2 were. The wife cooked a turkey - hmmmm.... turkeeeeeee... gravy... potatoes... hmmmm... fresh bread.... graveeeeee.... hmmmm - sorry. But that's what I had to work through at 36 hours. I just wanted to lick their forks so bad. AND THEN she brings out a peach pie. AAAAAHHHH!

But I got through it.
