I'm on a dose of 3 drops of Lugol's 2% solution. I'm noticing I'm more tired and have been getting headaches (this the 5ht day). I'm wondering if this small amount is detoxing my body. If so, how much salt should I be using with the salt push? I see how to do it but don't really see how much I should be using. Thanks :)
