I am SO sorry that you had to go through all this. That really sucks. It's so hard to know what the right thing to do is. I want to be in good shape to watch my kids grow up. But the fear of when another attack might strike is limiting our lives. So far, I am doing all the same things as you. But I don't want to go anywhere far from home, in case it hits. I have a business trip in about 6 weeks, in which I have to fly across the country. But what if the acute pancreatitis stikes on the plane? Ugh, I feel like a ticking time bomb.
