A lot of people are not having problems just a few who are rather vocal. Most us just do the protocol and although it isn't always that plensent the desire to get well far out weighs the discomfort.

There are other oils but make sure they are pure and unadulterated. A reason a small minority of folks have problems with olive oil is because they chose a cheap type that is clarified with chemicals to make it look nice.

Macadamia nut oil is very pure if you can get it.
