Well maybe a duh question is presented for us to learn, I have seen colorless urine through bloodshot, hangover eyes, and I have seen yellow and brown, but my neighbor a long distance runner, came home from ??? miles run, got in the shower and died rather soon, from lack of electrolyes. that happened months ago, and it still haunts me. So I am paying attention to this pee color conversation.
This summer has been a hot, hot and more hot summer, over a hundred, and cramps are more regular, but potassium I was told, but only Seasalt seems to give me relief. It is the magnesium in it. So have on order mag c hex, which will arrive soon. I keep a container of Seasalt in my golf bag, and use it every three or four holes. I carry a thermos of sweetened lemonade, so have letrolites, will play.
You most likely never heard the knock on my door, it was UPS delivering my mag c hex. Yippee.
Now we need a saying, "healthy pee has color she yelled and jumped with glee"
