yes I do think that taking Intramax would be a very good idea for at least one month before a long fast and ideally much longer than that: probably two months.

However, as good as Intramax is I would personally opt for taking both Chlorella (20mg per day) and Spirulina (15 mg per day) powder mixed into a fresh veggie juice such as carrots.
The reason I say powder is because in pill form you will be taking far too many.........up to 30 tablets a day or more. Liquid nutrition is more easily absorbed as most any Nutritionist will tell you
