Sticking to strict gluten free diet over the many years is the answer to all of my problems from bladder infections, abdominal sezures, migraines, fibromyalsia, endicrine imbalances, brain confusion, foggy brain, etc. When i could not digest fat i put coconut oil on my skin. I am unabke to digest fat nor protein if i have any gluten including the smallest crumb. Check out celiac sprue. I will never be able to digest gluten, but i am able to digest everything else as the inflamation has subsided since absolutely gluten free and followed the "specific carbohydrate diet" to clear up inflamation.
