Yes my mouth health has improved. I used to have white buildup forming all over my teeth, no matter how often I scrapped it off it would appear the next day. Gave the appearance of a bad plaque problem.

I wouldn't say I ever had bad taste - there was one point I had a constant sweet taste but thats a different story (this was due to a state of ketosis through not eating enough fat - so I upped the coconut oil & nuts)
