Don't eat nuts and don't eat grain and fruits. You will not heal while eating nuts. They are full of mold and if you have CRC your immune system is sensitive to mold. Your goal is to quiet down your immune system so it can loose acquired tolerance to candida. It take several years to calm down your immune system

Yes. I am mixing antifungals with psyllium and bentonite.
