I just had a thyroid ultrasound this morning and it came back with multiple nodules :(

I have the ultrasound report from prior to my start on Iodine and I had no nodules :(((

I'm in total shock from the report and have no idea what's going on. This is the complete opposite of what I was expecting. I've stopped the Iodine and don't know what to do
