I am only able to do short fasts of 3 or 4 days. On the first day of my fast I have a couple of black coffees with no sugar. The next day I usually feel sick and don't want the coffee. So technically day 2 is really day 1. But I find it helps me to launch a fast if I know I can have coffee with NO CREAM on the first day.
