I am in my mid 50’s; have been happily married for many years to the same man who is both dedicated and loyal. I Love him as well as our sex life. We are still both very passionate and love to satisfy each other. For years I have done my keigel exercises, and not just for the idea of ‘better sex’ but also to help prevent vaginal prolapse.

(what you ladies are calling a ‘jamu stick’) I first started looking for something ‘natural’ when I was in the middle of the worst part of my menopause. While I may be from an older generation and very conservative; I only use it about twice a week and just very fast. (Not even 30 seconds) I can say that while any changes did not happen overnight, it has helped me tremendously. Including our sex life, and especially during the worst part of my menopause.
