from what i hear lam's support staff aren't exactly rocket scientists in the field of nutrition. lam himself mainly recommends the Blood Type Diet . why not go to the source for that? http://www.dadamo.com


do a trial run of the ezekiel bread to decide.

imo properly prepared sourdough bread is the best tolerated wheat if you are sensitive. if you have celiac then there is no such thing as healthy gluten, you must avoid it forever.
