You are absolutely right: I am always been a chicken: the slightest pain scares me. ( thats probably the main reason I am so paranoid about my health and doing the dry fasting in the first place: to avoid future big pain)
So yes: no shocking pain not any closer what you described.
I am so glad it's over for you: I would think the greater the pain you felt: the more healing have been done! So happy for your kidneys!!
