That's one thing I almost forgot about with sauerkraut, a little goes a long way. One time I ate a big bowl of Bubbie's sauerkraut and I was in the bathroom within thirty minutes. From now on only small servings, just enough to fit in a Martini glass.

Speaking of Martini glasses I've been on The Drinking Man's Diet (minus the alcohol) for around ten days now. Not sure if it was a great idea to go low-carb AND stop drinking alcohol at the same time. I had a nice case of low-carb flu and alcohol detox at the same time. But I'm feeling better now.
