I always forget to sign in unless I'm posting, I just pm'd you back. Sauerkraut is one of those things I've never tried. I like other fermented foods though. I would be considered "done" by that author's standards too, lol, but I think he's wrong, unfortunately. I know I'd probably benefit from more fasting. And more sleeping, which I should get around to soon here (:
