Yeah, my last fast was two years ago...I think...(maybe 3 now).

I literally lasted 12 hours short of 40 days. I kid you not. I went into the dry heaves, though - and so, I took in some OJ...lol.

I remember reading from two different authors that one only needs to do a fast that long ONCE in their life...so, YAY!

I'm DONE! lololol

I could do with a shorter one, but I'd rather have a buddy to do it with. Ya know?

Oh, in keeping with the thread, I love kefir.

Sauerkraut? Not so much - lol. (But it's sure great in the help your "eliminations" department!)
