Here's what I posted on day 15 of my 30 day fast (I'm approaching day 18 now)

- greatly reduced asthma (only need the puffer occasionally when I run now...was a daily need)
- 400% improvement on running endurance (was completely out of shape before I started)
- normal blood pressure (was borderline high before)
- clear, soft skin (had Acne and extremely dry)
- eczema reduced (used to drive me nuts!)
- calmer more alive disposition (was exhausted, and extremely stressed at work...little ruffles me now)
- bright eyes (people commented before that I had the glassed over look)
- silkier hair (was dry and lifeless in look before)
- can sleep better (had mild insomnia before)
- muscle tension almost completely gone (my shoulders used to get so tight that they would press on a nerve and the pain would go down my arm to my wrists)

New changes are that I'm passing stones like crazy, painlessly and without a liver flush, and I've lost 16 pounds.

Still running and feeling amazing. It's like I'm a different person now...I even look different. Amazing what good health can do to your overall disposition and look.
