If I were you I would do some fluoride detox without Iodine first. Iodine is the "big guns" of detox and we have seen on this forum that the people that have the most trouble with Iodine detox are those that have a history involving fluorinated pharmaceuticals. I've seen it happen that they will blame iodine for their detox symptoms(rather than what the iodine is displacing) at that point and give up, Here are some ideas on fluoride detox:

Even though a lot of people have read the fluoride detox information, I do not know of a single poster that has actually formulated a detox plan and kept us posted on it, so whatever you do, please keep us posted!
