I started to flush in the first place because I suffered form excruciating gallbladder pain on a regular basis but I also suffered from a Fibromyalgia, Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome or FMS type condition. I took about 12 flushes to clear the gallbladder pain problem. I also noticed at this time that my bloating had gone and my Fibromyalgia symptoms had reduced significantly. I was also feeling good enough to start exercising vigorously twice a week. I had an ultra-sound around flush 12 and was told that my gall bladder was so full of "sludge" that it was impossible to see if I had stones. I continued to improve but at a more gentle pace since about flush 16. I have made the assumption that this was about the time my liver decongested leaving my gallbladder with its load of sludge. Sometime around flush 24 a nasty mole on my back turned into a blister and disappeared and my skin improved. Around flush 26 I noticed that my Psoriasis which was restricted to the hard skin on my knees and elbows was gone. I still have some eczema of the scalp which I hope will also be eradicated by the flushing.
As the protocol recommends I have made some life changes to my diet as well as taking exercise. I eat two apples a day and drink whole apple juice instead of other things. As a family we have replaced nutrient deficient salad and vegetables with less fashionable things. For example, in our salads we eat beet green, parslane, and dandelion greens instead of the iceberg lettuce. We also eat a portion of fresh grated raw beetroot mixed with apple cider vinegar and oil every day while in season. We like the taste and its inexpensive, and it is one of natures lesser known and hyped biliary remedies.
