I posted here asking for help the other day. I have never fasted before. Starting a Water Fast tomorrow. Not sure how long i will go. I drink 1 to 2 cups of coffee everyday. Won't i get a caffeine headache? If so for how long? Is it safe to just stop drinking coffee? Could i fast and still have my coffee? (with 2 tablespoons of cream)? But wouldn't that defeat the process of 'fasting'?? Not sure what to do. Could someone help me? Please.
