Thank you for this info. The book is very interesting. I do think I'll be glad I bought my Earthing sheet if I can survive my super mean ex boss' current attempt to destroy me.

I think the 6-8 hours daily exposure to the sheet is plenty to overcome electron deficiency, or at least will make a significant improvement. I'd buy a pad if I was going to be traveling, which I'm not.
