I just ordered the Ascorbic Acid to replace the Ester-C and I'll give the Miracle Mix a shot

The ALA/mercury risk you point out is very startling... I read through Cutler's research on it but found the supplementation protocol less than intuitive.How many mg of ALA should I take every 4 hours to detox?
