Thats true!. its such a personal decision to flush or not to flush. I am 31 yrs old and came to know abt Liver-Flush just 3-4 mths ago. I did not know such a thing existed. I wish I had known abt flushing 10-15 yrs ago. All my life, I have suffered from a very weak digestion, could not enjoy fatty meals, developed tons of seasonal allergies 5-6 yrs ago. As much as I hate to take allopathic drugs (mostly took anti-histamines for allergies), I felt I had no choice till I came to know abt LF.

Now that I know abt LF, I am trying to spread the word. But personally, I dont know anyone who has flushed. Flushing has worked like a charm as far as my bloating goes. But I think, I can improve a lot more. So will keep flushing. You and some other veteran flushers in this forum have become my inspiration.
