Hi, Justme,

I am 73 years old.

In recent months I began to see things more broadly...and cleanse them from my thinking.

I am amazed at how long it has taken to see each tiny incident, and drop it.

The clearing usually happens at night...when I am NOT concentrating. I awaken with insight. Insight is a wonderful thing.



You were very fortunate to meet that sweetheart of a nurse, just when you needed her most. Brave lady!

I've found a few of these angels in my time...and I forgive those who weren't.

There's no need to carry on resentments for those who couldn't come up with what we needed, when we needed it.

Yesterday isn't happening today, I am glad to notice.


You sound like a person who has learned that, too.


I just remembered that I have had the endometriosis thingy, too. No fun. But I don't have it any more and I forgot it.

The body is wonderful at balancing itself out of 'situations'...even if it takes a while, and even if one has to think in certain ways, and remember...once.
