Yeah, I generally do better at higher doses like 100mg or more

sometimes I do better on Iodoral, sometimes Lugol's sometimes SSKI sometimes a mix

I am still not sure if the Iodine is killing buggies and yeasties sometimes or just upping the detox. I am guessing both.

but referring to my lower post here, I wrote that one first, after my last Liver Flush I am thinking my GB or duct is partially blocked again....my stools are lighter colored so less bile, AND my nose is dripping again and more bromide zits and other Iodine detox symptoms are more pronounce again, they had been less......

thus the reason why having the detox channels open can be helpful......
