Bless you. I didn't take my fluoride drugs as long as you, but the detox was awful. My sympathies. My worst symptom was headache. It was greatly relieved by oil pulling about a tablespoon of organic sesame oil (others can be used) until it thinned. Then spit it out. Somehow the poison in my head would come out in the oil, and my headache would be relieved. Then when I achieved 150 mg Iodoral I went into a deep depressive funk. I relieved it by "cutting" the Iodoral with SSKI. I call the molecular iodine in Iodoral "dark" and the iodide in SSKI "light." To this day I take some of each. Results may vary :)
