I'm on the second month of the FODMAP diet as well. I am right there with you. Took me a few weeks to rid myself of the smell (according to others I can't smell it) this way. Now if I eat a forbidden food, it returns within hours along with other digestive symptoms.

I take Magnesium supplements with the diet. Good luck to you, will you be staying on the boards to spread the word?
Also, I see on other boards some people have taken pepto pills and Devrom this covers the smell for a while, not "curing" it.
