Limit your simple carbs,fats,salt,or anything that speeds up metabolism at evening/night. More veggies/protein/ relaxing foods at night.
You could try melatonin it could cause some groggyness in the morning..You might have to experiment with the doseage.
Epsolm salt/lavender foot bath might help a little.
Potassium bicarbonate might help.
