It's the start of day 2 and I'm down to 228.
I have a buffalo hump, it's not as bad as some but I'm hoping it will go away with weight loss and it's just caused by my obesity. I hope it's not cushings disease. I'm hoping doing a long fast will correct however imbalanced I may be, with this too.
