Your health and days that you have been flushing shows again that it is not an overnight process. I have been at this now for 3 years and since December have added urine therapy and since about 3 months oil swishing. In the last month or so I have made a new jump in feeling better. A lot of my things are mental, I have been using the car again instead of having my husband driving me everywhere and have more energy.
I am happy for you that your life is still improving.
