I've never had one of these, but I've had cysts on my outer labia before (felt like a small bead under the skin). I've had success with just squeezing the cysts to get them to drain.  I just press on the cyst from front and back of the labia.   Sure it hurts, but usually with in a few tries and no more than a few seconds, it pops, the pus and blood drains and the pressure and tenderness is gone. I don't know if you can do this to your cyst,  but since no one has replied, I thought I'd at least tell you about my experience with cysts.
