Robert, go by your health store pick up a pint of DMSO, 99percent, it is a diuretic and a transporter of chemcials, it will move Iodine through your body much faster, more detox quciker, it will assist Iodine to cross your blood brain barrier, your brain fog will go south for the summer for an extended time. Don't take this crap straight, mix it in water. I throw it on top of three four ounces of water, add juice from one lemon to aid digestion of the iodine, Seasalt
and spoon in the dmso. Remember, you are flushing toxins out of your body, so drink extra fluids during the day, double up on your Seasalt , as the toxins build up in your kidneys, and need salt to flush out. Berkstein an Iodine guru warns, we may damage our kidneys if we don't takin extra salt to flush them out often.
Lets go with a teaspoon of DMSO, with the small amount of iodine you are consuming and rapidly work up to a hundred mgs, if the dmso works as I think it will.You judge that.
I say this with some trepidation, I have never had the opportunity to work with anyone specifically as toxic as you are with flouride, only bromine, ie bromides. It works like a charm, and I see no reason it should not work well with floride. But there is the possibility it may not.
It's ten bux a pint here in texas, I am sure more there, but still inexpenisve for the potential of what it may do.
If used with bromide detox, there are none.
