ok?

all that did was tell me what it was.

i've been self treating taking borax/peroxide/ Epsom Salt baths VERY hot water. these baths drain me so much i can barely lift my arm by the end of the bath.

trying to keep my bed spread clean, an washing my clothes every single day. itching has gotten better.but still hasn't gone away.

i tried spraying everything down with bleach/water. but it gave me a bad headache so i'm not gonna use bleach anymore as it's very toxic.
