its true, robert. i know it runs counter-intuitive but it works.

however.....

the people with the worst detox in the world from iosupping are those with a history of fluoridated drugs. you, sir, are not to be envied.

i liken it to pulling a tooth - would you like it to come out slow or fast?

but i can see where that might not always be the case. i dont have the experience you have with fluoride and i know how insidious that stuff can be. you will just have to experiment your way through it. Iodine is out of the body in 24 hours so that should be the longest you have to deal with it if it gets to be too much. also, take heart, the worst detox is the first detox. it does keep getting better.

do the companions and add boron.
