Hi.. I need some advice.
I am trying to get rid of candida. I don't have vaginal symptoms at the moment but have had many times in the past and I currently have a range of others. A recurring unrinary tract infection, Serious bloating after eating anything, white tongue, tonsil stones, dandruff, brain fog, lethargy, inability to loss weight, etc etc..
I live and work on a boat. We are about to head off to remote islands for the next few months. I will be working 17-18 hour days 7 days a week. It's going to be full-on.
I can moderate my diet somewhat, limit sugar, dairy, etc but to be on a strict candida diet is just not possible as the rest of the crew will hate me, especially the chef and we are just to busy for me to need special food made/bought.
I have bought and can do a bunch of other stuff to help.. but will it be enough?
* Probiotics and prebiotics.(bought 3 month supply)
* Oregano oil
* Apple cider Vinegar
* Raw Garlic
I have an intestinal/ liver cleanse which I am taking in a liquid form..
I also started oil pulling every morning with sunflower oil which i find great for other stuff aswell. I take ascorbic acid for vitamin c, Spirilina, Zinc and drink plenty of water. And i have some 100% cranberry juice to help with the wee wees issue. I quit smoking about 6 weeks ago.
So without the strict diet, will things thing work to kill my candida? Will i get a die off? I may not be able to handle a major die off with my work load...
Will doing these things kinda kill it slowly?
Any advice on when/how it is best to take the things i have? What time of the day what order, what with what etc.
Being isolated is a good opportunity for me to be relatively strict and disciplined with myself so any advice on the best way for me to make this situation work would be most appreciated.
Thanks!
