I have it over the lower 36" of my twin bed. I wear shorts to bed now so I get more of me exposed to the sheet. Most of my legs are exposed to the sheet.

I may get some bands or a mouse pad or foot pad so I can get more Earthing in during the day. I have a few properly grounded outlets here that I can plug these things into during the day.
