Milk or water kefir?

Homemade or storebought?

Just starting drinking it or been drinking it awhile?

If awhile, how long and how much?



My first guess would be intolerance to the Sugar or milk! OR it's a detox reaction.

My 2 cents for what it's worth! ;)
