You missed the point of my post which to summarize that taking all those things in solid form your system has to work at breaking them down and digesting them which defeats the purpose of a liquid fast which is to give the digestive system a rest so the energy the body uses for digestion can be used to cleanse and heal. That IS the main workings of a liquid fast. Any research would have told you that. No if and or buts about it. The natural state of the system is being healthy and we just need to get out of it's way to allow it to heal itself by cleansing and taking the toxins out and that is the whole purpose of a fast not to add all these things in an unnatural isolated form which can either impede this or cause more problems.

Besides as I also mentioned these supplements can actually cause problems because these things don't exist in nature in isolated concentrated form and generally need solid foods and other components to buffer their absorption or synergistically work with them, so I was addressing your issues just not what you wanted to hear. Yes you can absolutely get all these things in a form that your system can use from juices and you are not making sure you're getting them you're actually impeding the system from getting them in a liquid fast and either peeing them out or causing yourself problems.

It appears your thinking is still tied to the allopathic ways of treating symptoms taking pills and not addressing the cause. The wisdom when fasting when going through heavy detox or healing crisis is enemas which creates an outlet for the toxins that your body is releasing and causing your issues. Stop the supplements and do some enemas and significantly increase your water intake
