Typically, chronic bloating could be an infection in the gut or liver congestion. I would probably start with some GI studies and move over to testing thru Metametrix GI Effects and see if they pick up anything. Liver congestion typically is problem with any immune system problems where oxidation occurs. Cysteine and b vitamins to encourage methylation would be advised. Perhaps it could be morgellon's which according to what I have read is fungus based.

I would also incorporate other supportive nutrients
