You've probably already wondered if your kidneys are trying to form stones, and you keep passing the crystals. It made me remember reading that since vitamin K is wrapped up in calcium transport, taking it can help counter the tendency to form stones. This link then gave a list of other nutrients which may or may not help, depending on your relative need for them. I keep hoping you can get past this :)
