I eat probably 1 TBSP Sea Salt per day on my food, and I do at least one push often two per day of 1/4 salt and 1/4tsp KCl(I cramp without the KCl)

sometimes the salt makes my kidneys hurt, sometimes the Iodine makes them hurt. Sometimes when I take more Iodine per day my kidneys stop hurting. Sometimes when I don't take Iodine one day my kidneys start hurting.

I coat my nitetime pee jar with white sandpaper like film (when dry). Sometimes when I take alot of SSKI , i get burning in the urethra when I urinate

IMHO I think some of us have calcified (or other crud) kidneys and the iodine is either detoxing them and that hurts and/or the kidneys are so challenged they can't take the burden of detox.......and of course the adrenals sit on top of the kidneys so when I say kidneys I may be talking about adrenals too....

It would be awesome to have some testing around all of this so we knew more about what are symptoms are telling us.......
