Right now the back of my throat hurts when I swallow. It may be die off but I tend to think it is probably irritation from the oo. I will do one more application tonight and then take some time off.

During the break I am going to apply a mixture of probiotics and water to back of tongue just before bed. I will post if it helps.

I believe that I will have to use more powerful mix to impact the thrush in my mouth.
