Another thing I might add is something for the liver. A congested liver symptom is acne. NAC (n-acetyl cysteine) and or milk thistle can do wonders for the liver.

A question I have for you is: What is your basal temperature? If it is below 97.8, then suspect thyroid issues. Acne is one of many symptoms of hypothyroidism.
