 I know these strange feelings but in my case I know I have a 1" gallstone, for at least 10 years now.
Last week I had it and when I feel it I take 1 tbs of epsom salts in warm water, we talked about it before.
Strangely enough it sometimes just starts with pain in my collar bones when I let it go it spreads to my stomach, back, shoulders and then I feel sick like the flu.

Those are pretty typical symptoms of a gallbladder attack.
