I know these strange feelings but in my case I know I have a 1" gallstone, for at least 10 years now.
Last week I had it and when I feel it I take 1 tbs of Epsom Salts in warm water, we talked about it before.
Strangely enough it sometimes just starts with pain in my collar bones when I let it go it spreads to my stomach, back, shoulders and then I feel sick like the flu.
So in my case when I feel something or anything like upset stomach I take my ES.
I know you don't like it but try it with the stevia, if you do feel better afterwards you will start liking it :).
If it does not help then at least you will know. BTW you can also put pinches in anything you drink or eat, read that at some forum, but for me it is easier the other way.
