It is better now, still a bit painful--but I did some deep breathing and I have been in the bathroom most of the day. The more I am in there, the better I feel.

It is probably something nasty and toxic working its way out

Right now, I am eyeing a cold cup of senna tea I made many hours ago and have yet to drink. With extreme trepidation, I might add.

I have only had 4 cups of lemonade today. I couldnt get much down today. Is that usual? I have done much better the other days.
